What if a player joins after we order?

Order two or three unnamed spares in mid sizes with the original run. Otherwise a late addition prices as a small reorder.

How late can I order before the season?

Six weeks is comfortable. Under four weeks you need expedited production, tell us the date before you pay so we can confirm.

Can I get a quote before collecting money?

Yes. Send piece counts and we'll issue a quote you can show parents or your booster treasurer.

A season timeline that works

Six weeks out: collect sizes and pick garments. Five weeks: submit artwork and approve the mockup. Four weeks: order placed, production starts. One to two weeks: kit arrives, you distribute and handle swaps. Miss the six-week mark and you are relying on expedited production and paying for faster freight.

Ordering spares is not optional

Add two or three spare jerseys in the middle sizes, without names, to every order. A late roster addition or a sizing swap is guaranteed at least once, and a spare costs a fraction of a rush reorder plus expedited shipping.
