Can we use our university logo?

Only with your licensing office's approval, university marks are trademarked. Many clubs use an approved club crest instead, which we can design with you.

Can each player pay separately?

Collect from your players however you like. We invoice the club once. Most officers collect first, then place one order.

What is the minimum for a club order?

The minimum custom team order is 10 units per design. An 11–20 player club order receives the 5% quantity discount.

Will next year's reorder match?

Yes. We store your approved artwork so a later run is an exact match, even with new officers.

College & Club

College Club Team Uniforms and Intramural Kits

Club sports run on student budgets and volunteer officers. The uniform order usually has to be collected from twenty players individually, approved by a student government or rec sports office, and delivered before a conference tournament.

We keep the ordering simple: one roster form, one invoice, one shipment to the club officer, and a stored design so next year's officers can reorder without redoing the artwork.

University color matching

Send your school's official Pantone or hex values and we match them in the mockup. If you're a recognized club, check with your licensing office before using the official university mark, we can print an approved club crest instead when the trademark is restricted.

Conference and tournament timing

Order at the start of the semester, not the week before regionals. Delivery takes 14 to 21 days including shipping after mockup approval. Rush service is subject to availability and must be confirmed before payment.
