At Midfield Apparel LLC, every uniform is crafted with precision and care. Because our products are often custom-made, we only accept returns in limited cases. Please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Custom-made uniforms (with player names, numbers, or team logos) are non-returnable unless defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-designed or personalized uniforms (unless defective/incorrect).

  • Clearance or final-sale items.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges.

  • If your item is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, you will receive a refund after inspection.

Return Shipping Cost

  • Return shipping is free for defective, incorrect, or damaged items.

  • Since non-defective items are not eligible for return, no return shipping cost applies in other cases.
