Product and Order Specifications:
- Minimum order quantity: 10 items per product.
- Price and delivery time vary based on the number of items ordered.
- You can upload your design files directly through our website when placing an order. Accepted formats include .png, .jpeg, and .pdf.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order and upload your design, you will receive an order confirmation email outlining the details, including item quantities, total cost, expected production time, and delivery estimate.
Changes to Order
Changes to your order must be made within 24 hours of submission. After this period, production will commence, and no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
Payment Terms
We require a minimum upfront payment of 40% for all orders. Once your order is submitted, we will review your design, calculate the final delivery time, and provide you with an invoice. The remaining payment will be due upon production completion and before shipping.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped via FedEx, with the associated costs and delivery times clearly displayed at checkout. Please review our Shipping Policy for more details.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue. Please review our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
By uploading a design, you confirm that you own the rights to the artwork or have obtained permission to use it. We are not responsible for any intellectual property infringement arising from the designs you submit.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where our company is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in Pakistani courts.
