1. Custom Product Returns
Due to the nature of our custom-designed sports uniforms, we only accept returns for defective items. This includes issues such as manufacturing defects, incorrect sizing (not matching your provided measurements), or damages upon delivery. We encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting to ensure accuracy.
2. Requesting a Return or Exchange

3. Return Shipping Costs
If a product needs to be returned due to a defect or damage, Midfield Apparel will cover the return shipping costs for customers in the USA, Canada, UK, and Europe. However, for non-defective returns (if applicable), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be processed through your original payment method, and you should expect to see the amount credited back to your account within 10 business days.

- Custom uniforms that meet the order specifications.
- Worn or washed items.
- Products returned without a valid reason (damage or defect).
